馬總統稱不清楚美河市案，總統府發言人也指「分層負責」是機關原則；對此，台北市長柯文哲昨晚反嗆，作為市長對這種幾百億元的事不清楚、不知道，「哼哼，你自己去跟人民解釋吧！」
柯昨晚出席「2015Earth Hour地球1小時」記者會後，媒體詢問對馬說美河市公文是「簽章」非「簽名」，也不清楚案件內容，柯一開始說，讓廉政委員會去查；但隨後話鋒一轉，直指馬當年做為台北市長，對大巨蛋、美河市這種幾百億的東西推說不清楚、不知道，雖然政府應分工合作，但照這意思，「難道重要的都不要市長負責，不重要的才要市長負責？」
